Hi Michael,
Test is generic however this is how it is labeled. To assist, we do have our logo next to the Test issue type when you are selecting it upon creating an issue. This should assist with knowing which Test issue type to select. Our logo is the blue and green wing.
As for adjusting the issue type, if you run into issues again, you will need to send us specific information to support(at)getzephyr(dot)com. Based on screen shots and what changes you made specifically you may run into further issues.
Kind Regards,
Emily
Hi Emily,
"Test" is such a generic name that we wanted something more specific to our organization so we changed it to "QA Test Cases". I noticed one problem after the change that the "Total Test" filter in Test Summary gave an error. We have changed the issue type name back to "Test" and the error went away.

Hi Michael,
Please do not do this. It will remove the abilities to create test steps and execute it since it will no longer be a real issue type Test. Please keep the name as Test. Can we please ask why you want to change the issue type to say something else?
Kind Regards,
Emily
