can bigpicture update task start end date based on iteration date in agile schedule ?

Hello is it possible (if so how) to have Big picture set an issues start end date to the start end date of the iteration the issue is placed in on the BP "board" ?

Yes, this is possible by using Task Period Alignment. Please see this wiki page for an extensive explanation of this functionality in BigPicture.
