I wanted to let you know that now also installable eazyBI reports and charts plugin for JIRA is available - https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.eazybi.jira.plugins.eazybi-jira

It provides the same functionality as hosted eazyBI service but will store all data in your database as well as JIRA data import will be faster as everything happens locally. Also eazyBI plugin access control is integrated with JIRA users and groups. And also it is easier to publish eazyBI reports as JIRA dashboard gadgets.

As developer of eazyBI wanted to answer that currently eazyBI is available just as a service - read more about it at eazyBI JIRA help page. You can create custom reports and charts with JIRA data in eazyBI as well as embed created reports in other applications (e.g. in JIRA dashboards or Confluence pages).

We are thinking about potential eazyBI plug-in for JIRA which could be installed on your own JIRA server. That could be a solution for customers who cannot use software as a service solution for some reason.
