exporting to ms project or powerpoint

hi

the export function doesnt seem to work?  I cant get the file to open at all in project, and the powerpoint export only imports a task list - no bars?  Am I doing something incorrect?

please send me a related support request by clicking on menu item "support request" of the menu at the right top of the Gantt-Chart and attach related screenshots to illustrate your topic. A related issue within my JIRA will be created together with an account for you if do not already have one.
