Script runner can do related fields? for example:

Country:Russia.    Choose my country Russia.

City: Krasnodar    appears the list of Russian cities(filled by me).

i buy JIRA service desk 50 agent.

what do I need to buy a license?The license is perpetual?

Hi Vladimir,

You can implement a number of things with ScriptRunner but if you are trying to display different results in the portal screen depending on other fields you won't be able to do this. You may be looking for the Extension add-on for dynamic forms in Service Desk.

If you have a JIRA Service Desk instance and you still want to buy ScriptRunner with 50 agents, you can buy a 50 user ScriptRunner licence directly from the Atlassian Marketplace. Choose the "Buy it now" link on the right hand side.

When you get to the next screen on the Atlassian ordering site choose the 50 user tier and "Add to Cart".

The price should be $100USD.

There are other ways to buy it too - like directly from your JIRA Service Desk Universal Plugin Manager (try JIRA Admin --> Add-ons and search for ScriptRunner there).
