Hi Cheryl,

Zen does not have any feaures for archiving. Confluence has a space-archiving feature, and the latest Confluence (5.4) allows you to move blogposts to other spaces.

Archiving Plugin can auto-detect old meeting notes (based on their last update time or last view time or at a specific date or by manually selecting them) for you, and report them to you or move them to an archive space automatically.
