how to change default Page Designer on Confluence ZEN page?

If I stop use master page layout, the page default include labs,comments,etc. I have to use Page Designer to remove these（see screenshot）. How to realize the page no include labs，etc if stop use master page layout,？

Just click on the "labels" box and it will turn light gray. This will turn off labels for the affected page. Click again to turn it back on.
