I honestly dont know which banner you saw but on mine it just states that they help you analyze your system and help you migrate jira itself. but it would be very intersting to get some dates of a new synapseRT Release that is compatible the last release based on the markeplace was last september...

synapseRT is availible for Jira 6.x from Monday.

and were do you see a reference to SynapseRT? the link you provided is just refering to basic jira 6.0 assessment but is IMHO not related to SynapseRT.
