Hi Kanchana - We had the same problem with certain tickets in JIRA. We found that if a ticket has a {code} block that contains a large amount of question marks in it, it takes a while for the page to render. For example, we had a user that added some SQL Log data to a {code} block that contained over 9700 instances of "(?, ?)" (See snippet below) and the page took ~7 minutes to load. We disabled the PRISM Add-on, and the page loaded instantly.

NOTE: This is just a small snippet of the code that was causing the page to load slowly. As I previously mentioned, there are actually ~9700 instances of "(?, ?)" in the full version of the code.

Workaround: To remedy the problem we converted the {code} block to a {panel} block. .
