license of add-on team calendars problem

Hi

I am interest confluene,and want to addon team calendars.

I already install TC to confluene and get new trial license for TC.

But I can not correct enable this addon

Most common problem when a plugin cannot be loaded and if you are using MySQL db is that the MySQL packet size setting is too low. You can check if this is the case by looking for this message in <confluence-home>/logs/atlassian-confluence.log:

caused by: java.sql.BatchUpdateException: Packet forquery is too large (1238730> 1048576). You can change thisvalue on the server by setting the max_allowed_packet' variable.

If found, you may refer to this page for tips on how to fix the issue. If that's not the case, create a support ticket as mentioned by Josua and our engineer will help you out.
