post upgrade to 9.4.10 we are not able to create sil files in SIL manager

Hello @muddureddy.jahnavi ,

Could you please specify what the issue looks like: the create button is missing or you cannot open SIL manager? Or you click to create a new file, but nothing happens? 
Please ensure that after file creation, you refresh the list. Just use right-mouse click on the silprograms folder to call the pop-up menu, and select “Refresh”. 

If this does not help, please create a support ticket here with the details of the issue.
