"Agile Poker for Jira" error

We have downloaded and are using "Agile Poker for Jira" and it's working fine, our users are able to log in and use Agile Poker for estimating.  But, the next time they log in they receive the error "Estimation session no longer exists or you don't have rights to it."   Then they have to click the "x" in the corner to close the error.  It's not a huge deal, but we get a lot of questions about it and it's vey annoying.  Is there anything that can be done to prevent this error from popping up every time?
