"No subfield found" for Email Address in Jira Cloud for Sheets

Hi there.  I'm using the Google Sheets extension "Jira Cloud for Sheets".  I've selected to have the assignee and assignee email fields display, but for most of our users, the email address field shows "no subfield found", but it works with my email address.  I've tried to see if changing the "Who can see this?" setting for email address on the user profile page does anything for other users, but it doesn't seem to.  Any other ideas?
