I have just installed the trial version of PwerScripts for JIRA Cloud.
When I try and access any SIL Menu option I get this message -
{"status":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"Could not obtain the cached record for clientKey 'jira:819302ca-644d-4f29-9da1-ed807753ef5d'","timeStamp":"Mon May 14 10:26:28 UTC 2018","trace":null}
Any Suggestions
Hi Matthew,
Please create a ticket on our customer portal and also add there the full stack trace (if there's anything else available). Some screenshots may also be helpful in diagnosing the problem.
Thank you,

I have tried following the link to your customer portal and get this message -

Sorry, I just let the team know, but I think they're on PDT, so it may take a while until they update the license.
If you want to speed up the process, until they fix it, you can provide the required info here, and we'll take a look at it. Otherwise, if you don't want to share it here, could you please try to create the ticket again in a few hours?
Thank you,
Alexandra

Hi Alexandra
The issue is as follows -
1. Installed power scripts for JIRA Cloud via atlassian marketplace.
2. Followed the "Get Started" link back into my JIRA Cloud instance.
3. Got the error message -
{"status":500,"error":"Internal Server Error","message":"Could not obtain the cached record for clientKey 'jira:819302ca-644d-4f29-9da1-ed807753ef5d'","timeStamp":"Mon May 14 12:18:12 UTC 2018","trace":null}
Note - I also get this error message on selecting the SIL Manger, SIL Configuration and SIL Engine Mgmt options from my JIRA homepage.
4. The above error is repeated after removing and re-installing the addon.

Hi Matthew,
Could you send us an email at products@cprime.com with your Jira base URL please. We will investigate this and reply asap.
In the mean time, please try to reinstall the plugin too, let us know whether it resolved the issue.
Kind regards,
Products Team
