riada: insight issue with objects disappearing

I have an issue with Riada Insight, where some objects disappear however I am able to view the object from a differet reference to it but not from the source.  When I find object in a reference and click on it I get the following:

The requested object could not be selected due to filtering. Info on the requested object can be found.

I looked at all my objects and there is no filtering at all.  Would it be looked by filter from another user?  Is this a bug or something else Im missing?

I disabled Insight application;  then I re-enabled where the object appeared again.  Not sure if this is a solution but i think there is an bug somewhere.   Last time this happened, there was an update to Insight which I thought that solved the issue but seems its not.

I had this happen as well. I found the object through a reference, went to it's edit view, didn't edit anything, then clicked save and it appeared normally afterwards. I wonder if it has something to do with the recent change to how object keys are assigned.

Im not sure; there is also a way to do re-indexing for Insight and that helped solved the issue.  I don't mean the Jira re-index but from add-on apps.
