soyatec jira gantt chart app "auto-scheduled" vs "free time"

I'm trying to change a group of issue tasks in the spreadsheet view of this app to "auto-scheduled".

After I select the group of items, then I right click, select "tools" and only the option "free time" is shown instead of listing manual scheduled, or auto scheduled.

Soi therefore I cannot change to "auto-scheduled".

Advice to resolve?

Please make sure the selected issues can be converted to Auto-Scheduled. If an issue has already started, (i.e. it has a working log), the option is disabled.

We may improve it by keeping only the issues can be converted. Here is the issue to track:
