unable to install JIRA Gantt Chart Project

installed JIRA Gantt Chart Project v2.1.10 by using Atlassian's Universal Plugin Manager (v2.4.1).
JIRA v5.0.1
JAVA v1.6.0

The Plugin Global setting page shows an error message:

"An error occurred whilst rendering this message. Please contact the administrators, and inform them of this bug. Details: ------- org.apache.velocity.exception.MethodInvocationException: Invocation of method 'getEnableUsersData' in class com.soyatec.jira.actions.GeneralAction threw exception class java.lang.NullPointerException : null at org.apache.velocity.runtime.parser.node.ASTMethod.execute(ASTMethod.java:251) at ..."

Does anybody know how to solve this problem?

Hi,

You have to install a license first through the license management tab. After you do that - return to the Global tab and you'll be fine.

Have you tried installing this plugin manually? In order to do so, download your plugin to your local PC and than upload it to JIRA via the "Upload Plugin" button in the UPM.

we use a hosted solution so we are not able to manually install the plugin. I downloaded the plugin from Atlassian Marketplace and then uploaded it using the upload button in UPM.
