Hi support team.

we have user in JIRA with email noreply@mailer.atlassian.com. And we using Zephyr. Question - could we delete this user? Or Zephyr doesn't work without this user?

How do we re-add the user addon_com.thed.zephyr.cloud if it is missing in our Zephyr instance?

Hi Sergey,

The user addon_com.thed.zephyr.je is required by Zephyr add-on, It is a system created user when the add-on was installed and is used for major plugin operations. By deleting this user you will not be able to access/create zephyr test data. Since the user is managed by the add-on it should not be deleted.
