workflow expiration dates

Once a document is approved/published, I want the "published" state in my workflow to automatically go back to a tech for review if a year goes by and the document wasn't touched.

How do I go about doing this?

Hi Teri,

Each state can have a due date (also known as an expiry date). You can combine this with the Expiry transition to automatically move it to your Review state.
