zephyr for jira confirmation before deleting test step

Do you know if there is a way to customize zephyr for jira so that deleting a Test Details step requires confirmation? To add insult to the injury if you mistakenly delete a test step all the tests executions are deleted with it.

Also can i set test step read only under a condition like workflow status is DONE?
