Reopen after a user replies

Hello,

IS there a specific way on allowing users to re open tickets after it's been closed when they reply but only with certain keywords? - i.e. we don't want the tickets to be reopened if they just reply back with a thank you note through Atlassian assist or something similar.

@Keratoconic, you can add a condition to your rule to lok through the comment content.
