Report in EAZYBI

Hello, how can I create a new Dimension in EAZY BI? I need to create report which contains ALL Active Users which didn't connect from 14.05.2019 till 14.06.2019. If you have a detailed tutorial it will be very helpful.

Hi,

There are limitations to create new dimensions in the standard eazyBI Jira Issues cube. The only option is to create new dimensions from the custom fields of the issues.

The workaround for this case seems to be the Additional data import where you can add a new property to some of the existing user dimensions (e.g. Assignee). For that, you will need a SQL query from the Jira database giving two columns: user key and last login date. Then you can create a new data source and map this query to the user dimension in eazyBI. The mapping should create a new property for the user dimension for filtering the users. Note, however, that this solution is limited to those users which are in the respective dimension (e.g. Assignee).
