Resource management of physical equipment

Is there a way to add physical equipment (like test equipment) to an issue and see it's usage in the resource management?

Basically the same functionality as "Assignee" but for physical equipment (or a virtual user).

Would still need to keep the real person assigned too in order to see his/her resource loading.

Unfortunately, resource management in Gantt-chart only supports the Assignee Please vote following request ticket on WBS Gantt-Chart for Jira Public Tracker if you're interested in adding another field.
