Rest Endpoint Action (Integration)

Hi CodeBarrel! 

Awesome addon. Would it possible to have an action that calls a third party system via rest? Credentials could be some basic auth username and password or security token. You can use the response status to know if the action failed or succeded in the integrated system.

Hi Fernando,

At the moment you can send an outgoing WebHook - basically a POST. Though we don't do anything with the response.

Changing this to be an arbitrary request and make the response available is being tracked at - https://codebarrel.atlassian.net/browse/AUT-204

This is one of our more popular requests and something that would enable a lot of use-cases so I hope that we get to it sooner rather than later.
