Retrieving options from Elements Connect custom field

I am trying to retrieve the values from an Elements Connect custom field such that I can return them via a ScriptRunner REST endpoint. We are using Elements Connect to connect QuickBooks Online, and we want to expose a list of the results returned for one of the fields as a list of Work Attributes in Tempo. Tempo can pull from a web service that returns JSONP, so I am hoping to create a service that returns the data in the correct format using ScriptRunner, which I can then hook up to a customer Work Attribute in Tempo.

I haven't spend a few hours going through API documentation and trying things out, but as yet I have not found a way to get at the QB data via the Elements Connect fields. At this point I think that maybe it isn't possible, in which case I may have to make Tempo the master system for this data and push the data to QB instead.

Any suggestions will be most welcome.
