Retrospective Tools for Jira - boards not showing... permissions seem right

Anyone out there using this?

We have some boards showing as the source, but many boards missing.  Guidance at http://kanbanalytics.com/retrospective-tools-for-jira/faq/ is not very clear, and all it says is "Only board with read permissions for currently logged in user special system created addon_com.sngtec.jira.cloud.kanbanalytics are visible and selectable".

I've played around with all sorts of permissions, groups, filter ownership, copies of boards, etc, etc, but I'm still unable to see many boards even when based on Filters I own, and can see other boards where I'm not the Filter owner.  Filters are shared with "All logged-in users", though I've experimented even making them Public, but that made no difference.

Anyone got any ideas?  The support link for this add-on goes to a pretty empty Trello board that has no way to add a ticket (even logged in).  I found their email address and have emailed them, but they don't seem that active (hope I'm wrong).

I worked with @PTorrSmithMSD on the solution for https://marketplace.atlassian.com/plugins/com.sngtec.jira.cloud.kanbanalytics/cloud/overview add-on. It turned out that indeed not all boards were available for selection.

The add-on has been patched now and all the boards visible by the logged in user should be available.
