SEO Manager for Confluence - Using the SEO Macro feature!

Hi,

We have installed the SEO Manager and looks good so far!

But we cannot see any function added to the edit bar to add / edit the SEO Macro feature?

Documentation doesn't say anything other than show it in place which is great, but we cannot see that in our edit window?

Anyone else using this module and figured it out?
