SOLVED: Slack notifications for Automation - not popping up

I've successfully created Slack notifications via Jira automation, so there are posts appearing in Slack channels.
Problem: they aren't triggering a notification, so one can't see the channel changing the colour when a new post is added.
Question: how can I create that, so the automation would also trigger a notification?
