Save function not working for Gliffy diagrams

After I create a new Gliffy diagram and click on save button, dialog box pops up for entering a file name, once I enter a name and click on save button, nothing happens and control seems to stay on the dialog box itself.

I am having the same issue. Opened a support ticket with Gliffy over a week ago and still no response.

I actually ran into a couple of issues like this on Confluence Cloud.

If you are running Gliffy on the Cloud platform, Gliffy released an update on 08/24/17 which resolves this issue on that platform.

If you are using Server, which version of Server and Gliffy are you using?
