Scaffolding Creating a Checklist with Special Characters

I trying to create rating dynamic table with special characters as yellow and blue stars. So i foolowed this documentation docs and created the table.

I saved it and then added some content as:

And you can see that I used 0, 1 and 2 as value of select fields, but after saving it looks like:

What Im doing wrong?

Hi Yusup, you're getting the same output from all List Data macro, because you're using the same name for them. It's a best practice to make sure all Scaffolding macros have unique names, so that they don't clash with each other.
