ScriptRunner to find Transition between two Statuses

I am writing a listener that will listen for updates to an issue's Status and have the sub-tasks move to the same Status.

To do that, I need to know the Transition (well actionId really) that will move between the source status (on the sub-task) and the target Status (on the original, parent).

I need a way to specify both Statues and get the Transition (and ultimately the actionId) between them.
