Scrumpy Planning Poker added but not available

I have just added the Scrumpy Planning Poker App. In Manage apps it is telling me it has been added, but I struggle to find it in Jira. Does anyone have an idea to fix this?

Hi @Rianne Rozendal welcome to the Atlassian community.

Ideally when you installed an app, apart from "manage apps" section, you will also able to see under the side panel menu in your project.

I believe, you thoroughly checked the billing clearances post purchasing plugin and permissions are enabled. Just in case, you need, here's the link to their support team and documentation
