Search for Refined not working

I've been using the Refined app in Confluence to create a company intranet, and the search module on each new page I create does not produce any search results when I search for something. Is anyone else having this problem? Please help. Thanks

Have you added any Confluence Spaces to your Refined site yet? See https://docs.refined.com/display/RS/Add+Atlassian+Content#AddAtlassianContent-IncludeAtlassianContenttoasite

A search placed on a Refined Page will by default search any Spaces grouped under that Page, you can also choose to close the context on the search to search the entire site:
