See all work log entries on Issue - no 3rd party

Is there a way to see all the work log entries in a specific issue? (Without purchasing 3rd party app). All I see is a report by user level, but not issue level

It was admin error on my part. 

• The 'Work Log Tab Panel' System Plugin module is disabled from Manage Add-ons. This would cause the Work Log tab to be disabled for all users and all projects of the JIRA instance.

I had a similar issue, and didn’t find any solution. As a result I wrote my own app which allows me to see time spent by every issue and developers. Unfortunately, It works only with SCRUM boards. But if it fits you, you can try. This app is 100% free, without any limits.
