Send Web Request to update GSheet

Hello guys,
I have been trying to update private GSheet with sending weq request from Jira.

When task is created, req would be send to GSheet to add some field values from the task into sheet cells.

Question is how to make Jira app OAuth2 authenticated with Google to get needed token.
