Situation: User creating a ticket but the processor has some further question. With pressing the button "feedback requested" a screen pops up with the field assignee. The value of that field is always the actual assignee. With a validation i do already say that the actual assignee can not continue a long his own name is in the "assignee" field. I could also say with a post-function for that transition that the new assignee is the reporter of the ticket. But often its necessery to get feedback from persons who are not the reporter.
So is it possible to show that screen with the the "assignee"-field with the value of the last assignee?
But this should only apply for this screen.
I hoped you understand me with my bad english.
Do you have any ideas how to do this?
You can create a user custom field, and use post function "Set a field as a function of other fields" to set the value according to the assign value, they it will keep your old assignee value.
