Settings icon is not available for me to configure the app At a Glance in my Jira Cloud.

Settings icon is not available for me to configure the app At a Glance in my Jira Cloud.

I am Jira and Site Admin for my Jira Cloud account. Can anyone please help me in figuring this issue that why I am getting this icon and How can I get this icon so that I can complete configuring the app and use the beautoful Dashboard it provides.

 

I have tried hard reaching Concept and Beyond's Support team , but no success. Please help me.
