Spectrum Glossary App - Change default value

We would like to use Spectrum Groups Glossary App for customer confluence installation.

While the app itself works fine, we have an issue with default space configuration.

The default value for "Highlight from current/all glossaries" is "current" for all spaces.

This means, only entries from this space will be displayed.

Since we have > 500 Spaces we will have only one glossary (at least at the beginning).

Can somebody tell me, how to change this default value to "all" in all spaces?
