Structure - Lot of users are Facing issues accessing Structure at the moment

Hello All,

We are facing issues accessing Structure since Friday.

We have 500 Licenses . Some can use it and others cannot.

There is no pattern to it.

Is anyone else facing similar issues?

Sounds like it could be a permissions issue, @Jay Shah. I suggest you reach out to our support team for faster turn-around.

@Dave Rosenlund _Trundl_  Done that already. the timezone differences make it challenging. They don't start until midnight AEST
