We are using Structure plugin and it is great plugin for Jira.

How can we make to be seen StructureBoard  to anonymous users(who don't have account in Jira)?

Hello,

You can make Structure visible to everyone by selecting this setting: Administration>Structure>Configuration>Users of Structure "Everyone".

Once you set it, Structure will become visible to everyone who can see your Jira issues.
