Subscribe to event

Hi,

I want to make a calendar where people can subscribe to an event by simply choosing from a radio group. I want to use the radio group because I also want to know if they aren't attending the event. (Otherwise I would use the 'Voting Control' event?) Besides that I also want to display a list of the people who are attending.

How should I do this?
