Subversion ALM and custom fields

Hello,

I have installed Subversion ALM and SQL+JQL Driver and App in Jira.

I'm looking for some example on how to read SVN  data (like committed revision) and show that value in a custom field.

I would also like to know what are the SVN fields that are searchable and how to do that using Subversion ALM,

Ideally, i would like to show custom fields with differents SVN related fields and adding conditions to my workflow depending on SVN.
