Subversion plugin is not getting enabled after upgrading JIRA6.2 to JIRA6.4

Hi Team ,

I have started doing JIRA upgrade (JIRA6.2 to JIRA6.4.14) on different environment but i have taken XML backup of JIRA6.2 , In my JIRA6.2 Subversion plugin is up and running .

But as i have installed Subversion plugin version 2.1.2 and 2.1.0 but they were not getting enabled in my JIRA6.4.

 

can someone please tell me what could be the problem.
