Sum Up Calculate button is not showing

Hi - We have installed Sum Up in our JIRA 7 server instance, and configured it with three fields. One is a scripted field (IncidentDuration), and the other two are Time Spent and sum of Time Spent, all summarize fields.

No users or groups are configured for denial.

The SumUp gadget seems to be working on the dashboard, and is summarizing the IncidentDuration scripted field.

it's great to here that the gadgets are working 

Is the SumUp Calculate button missing in the list view of the issue navigator?

Can you just give us more details and a screenshot if possible? This would be great to understand where the problem is.

The trick was to go to List View rather than Detail View - thanks!
