Intuit is considering the Checklist plugin for our Enterprise JIRA instance. One of the things we look for in plugin evaluation is that the vendor is preferably Atlassian Verified and/or have a responsive support. Is there a way to request support directly (I only see Atlassian answers on the marketplace list). What is the support SLA?

I have not applied for the Atlassian Verified program because I could not commit to all of their requirements. As such I do not guaranty any SLA but I try to respond within a day. You can also contact me via the our site contact form.
