Sync problems with "pair existing issues"

Hello Community, 

i started an csv-import to get the issue ID from the source project, after that i started the backbone sync with the pair existing issue. 

Problem is that the synced Issues has the "up to date " status but these issues has missing the comments, assignee, attachments fields there is only a emty issue . The sync users have the right permisssions and the field mapping is configured.  I cant find the problem.

are there any errors in the Troubleshooting section of Backbone? If there are issues, I would recommend generating a support ZIP (from the same section in Backbone) and sending it to K15t Support: https://k15t.zendesk.com/hc/en-us/requests/new.
