Synchronzation between Jira and WBS & WBS display capacity issue

 I created a WBS Gantt chart using "WBS Gantt->create new Gantt-> create from project" and after I deleted it, I found that all projects had been auto assigned a Gantt chart in Jira software, but when you go to WBS Gantt->view all gantt, you can find there's no gantt chart in the add-on page. And after I created a new Gantt in WBS Gantt webpage again, I found out that the WBS add-on cannot be synchronized with Jira software anymore! The previous "auto-generated" Gantt was always there which cannot be removed, and my new created Gantt in WBS add-on page can only be found in "WBS Gantt - view all Gantt"

What's more, how can I enlarge WBS display capacity? Below are the screenshot of my prblems.:

It seems it's quite weird that Jira "Project Gantt" feature didn't work well with WBS Gantt "Create Gantt" function, in my understanding, if a Gantt can be seen in Jira "Project Gantt" feature, we should be able to find this Gantt inside WBS -> "View all Gantt", right? If not, how can you make changes in WBS Add-on page and send it back to Jira?? 

And it seems quite hard to get through with WBS tech support team, no idea why there's only one customer service available. :(
