Tab (Deprecated) post cloud migration fixes or info

After migrating to Confluence cloud from Server; these Tab (Deprecated) macros were noticed. The add-on documentation on-line doesn't mention anything about this situation only localtab which isn't clear if this is related or possible related to the limitations of nested macros and content?  

Just looking for information as to what the cause is and how to solve it as there are likely more tabs likes that haven't been found yet. Or is this something even a concern?
