Tag selection wizard - release/version

Hi everyone,

I was wondering if it made sense to add something like a "version number picker" to the tag selection wizard. I'm just asking because sometimes if you intend to help somebody you first have to ask which version they are running. That slows down the entire process of answering a question...If I'm wrong, feel free to correct me :-)

Thanks Christian, it's a good idea. This was raised before:

Check out the current priority list. I think this could fit in with the tag cleanup effort; it's another way of organizing things.
