Hi there, I am trying to create an automation to pull in - 

Total number of Closed tickets: <>
Total number of Open tickets:  <>

Time to first response:  <> in hours
Time to resolution:  <> in hours

from our Jira project into project automation using JQL. I can see the numbers in a dashboard but would like to report out the stats to our team via slack. Can someone help me with the JQL? Thanks
